How to use this help guide:
Quests are listed in order by Isle, and by alphabetical order. Each quest states where you need to go to start the quest, what you'll need (if you'd like to prepare ahead of time), and the reward as well as the difficulty of the quest.
In spoiler tags, further quest details are written out (in order to help assist those having an especially hard time figuring out a part of the quest). You are advised to please try the quests on your own without the detailed help, if at all possible.
Lastly, if you don't want the quest spoiled for you, it's advised you don't open the spoiler boxes.

Where to go is a little vague, but you'll need to head to Barren Isle. Once there, go to the Lighthouse and speak to MissSpindrift. She will tell you to go to the west side of the isle and use your binoculars to see the whales.
As soon as you exit the Lighthouse, go straight west (left) to the water's edge and search. If you have the location correct, you'll see this message in your right chat box:
"The whales here are the farthest off, but you can barely make out that there seem to be very few of them – maybe six or seven."
Now moving along the edge of the water start moving north and closer to the lighthouse, searching along the way.
"The whales here seem to be just surfacing, breathing every few seconds. Large puffs of fog waft through the air above them with each of these breaths."
Continue moving closer to the lighthouse and keep searching along the way.
"You’ve successfully observed the blue whales in their natural habitat. They appear to be spouting, blowing air several times a minute as they stay at the water’s surface."
Go back and talk with her. Then return to MacroSan.
